GLB to MP4

Turn 3D models into turntable videos

Render a smooth spinning MP4 or WebM of any GLB, STL, OBJ or FBX model — hardware-encoded in your browser at up to 1080p. Nothing is uploaded.

GIF embeds anywhere; MP4/WebM are far smaller for the same quality.
Square output. Bigger sizes take longer to render and encode.
Spin3s · 20 fps
Background
Video formats have no alpha channel.
Ground shadow
A soft contact shadow under the model — the grounded, product-shot look.
Advanced options
How the model moves across the loop.
Spin1× CCW
Start angle0°
Which side of the model faces the camera to begin.
Camera height18°
Camera elevation — low for a hero angle, high for a top-down look.
Brightness1.00×
Exposure over the neutral studio default.

Capabilities

What this tool does

  • Works with GLB, glTF, OBJ, STL, FBX, PLY, DAE, 3MF, VRML, VTK and USD — including Draco/meshopt-compressed glTF.
  • Studio lighting and auto-framing — the model is centered and fits at every rotation angle.
  • 100% in-browser rendering: your model never leaves your device.
  • Transparent backgrounds for GIF, PNG and sprite sheets, or any solid color.
  • Hardware-accelerated H.264 encoding via WebCodecs, with WebM (VP9) as a universal fallback.

Process

How it works

  1. Drop your modelAny supported format loads locally, including compressed glTF.
  2. Pick video settingsSize up to 1080p, 1–10 s duration, up to 30 fps, any background color.
  3. Download MP4 or WebMFrames render and encode on your GPU — no queue, no server.

Notes

Good to know

  • The turntable shows the model’s static pose — skeletal animations are not played back (yet).
  • Rendering happens on your device, so speed depends on your GPU and the model size.
  • MP4 export needs a browser with WebCodecs (Chrome, Edge, Safari 16.4+, Firefox 130+) — WebM works everywhere.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I convert a GLB to MP4?

Drop the GLB here, choose MP4, pick size and duration, and press Generate. The video encodes locally with WebCodecs and downloads immediately.

Why is there no transparent background for MP4?

H.264/VP9 video has no alpha channel. For transparency use the GIF or PNG sprite-sheet output instead.

What if my browser doesn’t support MP4 encoding?

Choose WebM — it uses MediaRecorder, which every modern browser supports. You can convert WebM to MP4 later in any video tool.
